Please review the instructions outlined in the tender notice. If you need more information about submitting a tender, you can request clarification by messaging the Tender Lead in VendorPanel. If you require further assistance, please email [email protected]

How do you evaluate a tender?

The procurement process (including the evaluation criteria) is in the tender documents. We always evaluate in a comprehensive, equitable, auditable and transparent manner.

How will I know if I’ve been shortlisted?

You’ll be notified by the relevant party. The tender documents will list important dates.

Can I find out why I was unsuccessful in a tender?

Yes, you can request feedback on your submission, but only after the contract is executed.
